Deliver Genuine Bottom Line Performance

During the early stages of OTT, we help deliver momentum through our proprietary Management Action Planning (MAP) process. The purpose of MAP is to deliver genuine bottom line performance improvements through dramatically improved collaboration. This process takes approximately 10-14 weeks and offers an experience of how your transformed organisation will be in 12-18 months. As the primary focus is on improving short term business results, clients are able to remain totally focussed on the business whilst they improve longer term viability. This is particularly helpful in the current economic climate when the extra breathing space created by MAP can make a crucial difference to your organisation.

 

Project Acceleration/Recovery.

The MAP process is also ideal for improving results on major projects/initiatives, for example, mergers, restructuring, or in complex projects such as IT. That is, situations where collaboration between individuals and groups is especially difficult and where heightened uncertainty needs to be addressed. In situations like these, the people side of the project is often neglected-due to perceived resource constraints- e.g. "We don't have time for that soft stuff!". If we helped clients using traditional methods, they may have a point. During intensely pressured situations there is little time for a two day retreat to discuss how people feel.  However, through our change process, we have managed to get people improving relationships through an intense focus on achieving the task.  This leaves teams with a much faster completion and an increased capacity for future work.
